After mass on Sunday 6th November Oscar Benjamin Michael Swider will be baptised. We hope his parents Pawel and Charlotte, their extended family and friends have a great day.

After mass on Sunday 30th October we welcomed a new parishioner when little Polly Rose Graham was baptised.
We hope her parents James and Anna Marie, their family and friends enjoyed the service and had a great day.
We will remember Polly in our prayers. May God nurture the seed that has been sown in her birth.
The children who will make their First Holy Communion on June 11th 2017 made their first step at mass on Sunday 16th October with their parents.
There are five girls Alexa, Ellie, Isla, Keira and Robyn and seven boys Charlie, Jack, Jay, Joseph, Louie, Matthew and Oliver enrolled on this years programme.
Their next preparation session is scheduled for Tuesday 1st November with the next liturgical celebration being at mass on Sunday 6th. November.
We look forward to following their route through to June next year.
Congratulations to a great friend of the parish Tom Cooper who has celebrated his 80th birthday.
A party was held on Saturday afternoon 22nd October in the Church Hall where Tom and his wife Mary, who is a member of the church choir, were joined by their children, grandchildren and friends.
The family made Tom a special cake based on his favourite Liquorice Allsorts.
Many Happy Returns Tom.
After Mass on Sunday 23rd October Cole Martin Glass was baptised. We welcome Cole to our parish and will remember in our prayers. We also hope his parents Paul and Michelle along with their friends and extended family had a great day.
As Father Brendan was away the service was carried out by Tom Rook the deacon from Corpus Christi.
The Chronicle are starting their Wish Token Scheme for 2016 on 10th October and it will run through to 9th January next year.
The parish are appealing for everyone’s help in collecting as many tokens as possible in aid of HCPT Group 41. This charity takes disadvantaged children to Lourdes over the Easter period.
Last year with your help we collected 47,000 tokens (coming 5th in the savings league) which gave us £640 from the Chronicle Prize Pot. This was increased to £1035 with the help of private donations.
Please help us again this year. Collection boxes will be placed at the back of Church.
On Sunday 9th October George Lewis Simmons will be baptised after mass.
