Following Father Brendan’s announcement of the cancellation of Sunday Evening Mass he advised that he will be retiring on health grounds at the end of January 2019.

Father’s original intention was to retire in September after he turns 75 but that has now been brought forward to January.

He will return home and invited parishioners to call on him if they are ever in Galway.

When we have more information about arrangements after January we will advise.
